The Nigerian Tekemaka project will consist of 5 different collections each focusing on a different aspect of Nigerian life. Each collection will have 20 unique pieces of art combining photography with old Nigerian stamps. My motivation for this project is to bring awareness and resources to assist a family in Nigeria who are struggling with the day to day issues of food, water, electricity, medicine, schooling and housing. They are one family out of millions that need help. I am not able to help an entire country but IT is within my power to help this one family. For those that purchase my NFTs, I will provide a monthly update through an online newsletter as to how this family of 6 are faring. There are 3 adults and 3 children in the family. I am in contact with this family on a daily basis.
