Rembrandt's Art

Leiden, July 15, 1606-Amsterdam, October 4, 1669), better known as Rembrandt, was a Dutch painter and engraver. The history of art considers him one of the greatest Baroque masters of painting and engraving, the most important artist in the history of the Netherlands. His contribution to painting coincides with what historians call the Dutch golden age.
